So much going on in the world today…

If you’ve turned on the TV in the last month you know that a lot of bad things are happening lately. Japan’s tsunami, riots in nearly every middle eastern country and parts of Europe, Libya…

Make sure you realize that this is what happens when people go against God, and try to pervert his will and plan for us. These people have angered God, and now they are feeling his wrath. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah’s happen in the near future.

With all this unrest, now is the time to get right with God. Not tomorrow, or this Sunday, or next month, right now.

Where ever you are right now, bow your head in prayer and tell God you’re sorry for the wrongs you’ve committed against him, and that you’re walking only in his path and in his Grace. If you follow his path, it only leads to Salvation.

Remember, now is the time to speak with God often, and sow your seed in God’s will. Action speaks louder than words. God gave you a voice, but he also gave you free will. What you do with that will is what God cares about the most. If you have children remember to pray and sow a seed in their name as well.

Glory to God

Don’t be rude to God

I realized when I was a teenager that I was being rude to God. I wasn’t committing sins, but i was being rude. I realized that I was only praying to God, I wasn’t talking to him. I wasn’t having a conversation, I was just asking him for stuff. A passing grade on a test, a car, a date to the dance. I never asked him how his day was going, or what he wants.

Maybe you have someone in your life that only calls you, or comes to see you when they want something. And the minute they start to talk, you know you’re not going to like what they say next. I realized I was being that person to God.

I hope in the future you’ll talk to God, instead of just praying for what you want. Ask him what he would like, and he’ll show you his true path for you.

Pick of the week

The only thing I don’t like about the Bible, and I mean the only thing, is that print is so small. It gets hard to read after awhile when my eyes get tired. Here’s the solutions I found…

How can you not like James Earl Jones’ voice?

A bible with extra large print, works great for me!

click on these and pick them up today, it makes reading the good book even better.

God has sent you to me.

Have you ever needed help, and seemingly out of no where, you meet the exactly right person that can help you? I believe that is happening now.

I’m Rev. Patrick, and I have a following of good, saved, Christians I look after. Through God’s grace, their lives have become harder. Perhaps God is giving them the opportunity to strengthen their faith by overcoming these obstacles.

God has charged me with caring for my followers, and that is what I will do.

When the economy took a turn for the worse, so many more people needed help. Slowly the churches resources, and mine were dwindling.  Long months had gone by with the church and me unable to help anyone. We received a few surprise donations, but even that went quickly. Just a few weeks ago I was praying and asked God “there’s so many people that need help, how can I help them all?” God answered me the next day through one of my congregation. A young woman suggested that I start this website and perhaps others will be generous enough to help. I knew it was God answering me.

I hope to touch your life through this website, so that you’ll help me touch the lives of others. Just as I’m the right person to help my followers, you’re the right person to help me.
